Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy explains how HUINNO Co., Ltd. (“HUINNO,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, memo.huinno.com (the “Site”), which presents our MEMO wearable patient monitoring products. It does not cover MEMO devices, apps, or clinical data, which are governed by separate agreements with our customers.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form:

Please do not include patient or other health information in the form.

Information collected automatically. To prevent spam and abuse of the form, we derive a one-way keyed hash from your IP address; our database keeps only that hash, not the address itself. Our service providers also process standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request) to deliver and secure the Site.

The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep demo request information only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete it, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to review, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site by emailing contact.usa@huinno.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor them as required.

Do Not Track

The Site does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, so it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. Third parties are not permitted to collect such information through the Site.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit and a database that the public cannot read from or write to directly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
